Six new episodes of Nature Inc., the ground-breaking series that puts a price-tag on environmental services such as forests and wildlife, makes its return to the BBC World News schedule on World Environment Day (June 5, 2009) for six weeks.

8 programmes on SAT 2000 (Italy)
Our series on desertification started on 8 June 2009 to run from Mondays to Fridays on SAT2000 until 3 July.

On Monday, 8 June 2009 at 16:55 (Roma Time), SAT 2000 featured an in-studio interview with Simone Quatrini of Global Mechanism to discuss about desertification.
Two desertification specialists and Katiuscia Fara of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) will be interviewed over the next three Mondays describing the problems that desertification causes to humankind and how it can be monitored.
The eight documentaries will follow for the same time period from Tuesdays to Fridays at 18:05.
