’Heritage Heroes’ sees us scour the world for the people and organisations who are rescuing, safeguarding and reviving our built inheritance. Stories filmed include: reviving Havana’s colonial town centre; preventing the sea front of a Norwegian coastal town become a car park; regenerating Old Stone Town in Zanzibar and salvaging a unique remnant of Britain’s industrial heritage.
