‘Will the Real Africa Stand Up?’ is the title for a wide ranging debate on leadership and good governance in Africa which will be produced by dev.tv from Geneva.
The Debate is the highlight of a 2 day high level meeting of the Africa Progress Panel headed by Kofi Annan.
A distinguished Panel, including Annan, will give their views on what is going right but why so many governments are failing woefully to meet the aspirations of their rapidly expanding populations.
