Founded in 2002 by media professionals in Geneva, dev.tv is a non-profit organization with a mission to promote media coverage of social and environmental issues.

Recognized by the major media for its ethics and editorial reliability, dev.tv works with many partners, including TV channels, social media, international organizations, NGOs and foundations.

dev.tv initiated the Young Activists Summit (YAS) in 2019. This global platform offers year-round support to young changemakers advancing sustainability or human rights. YAS helps them achieve concrete resultats through mentorship, training, networking, media coverage, and funding. The platform fosters a global community of 30,000 young individuals from 174 countries.

Convinced that information and knowledge are vital tools for empowerment, dev.tv professionnals not only highlight and analyze problems, they explore solutions and offer new angles to produce reliable, professional and creative content. Our aim is to produce impactful content that actively fosters tangible positive outcomes for pressing issues.

Since its foundation, dev.tv has produced hundreds of videos featuring stories from across the globe. To date, our programs have been broadcast by approximately 150 national and global TV channels, including BBC World News, Euronews, Al Jazeera, Brut and TV5MONDE.

Kinshasa, les enfants des rues

À Kinshasa, on les appelle les "shégués". Ils sont des milliers d'enfants parfois très jeunes à vivre dans les rues. Alors qu'elle n'avait que 17 ans, C'est Prévue a créé un orphelinat pour leur venir en aide. dev.tv a co-produit ce documentaire avec le média digital Brut, qui l'a diffusé sur toutes ses plateformes.
